“MOMENT KANDA SOUTH” is a bar which mainly serves Japanese premium whiskey “Hibiki”. Producing “Hibiki” requires quite a long time in a barrel with immeasurable effort. The design theme is to visualize this invisible time and effort.
The store looks like a bar created in part of the old storage. Time converts transparent new make spirits into amber whisky. We highlighted it from the bottom of the bottle. Illumination using rock glasses on the wall visualizes the passage of time marked now by water and light. Chandelier represents the processing time of glass solidification.
While enjoying a mechanism to make you feel “time”, you can forget the time of the city and get healing in this space.
